This is a high-rate
NiCad battery, with 8 amp hours of capacity at 36 volts. The
maximum current is ~40 Amps, so this will work well with the
Crystalyte 20A or 35A controllers, and the Forsen controller. The
capacity is enough for a typical ~15 mile ride, though it can go a
lot farther if you are conservative on the throttle. Triangular
layout, which can be put into the triangular frame bag.
NiCad is a good mid-priced battery solution, for those who want an
upgrade from Lead Acid. The NiCads last 500+ cycles, and are good
for high amp rates used on ebikes.
