The clamp that comes with the flag fits around the stays on most rear racks. For installation on an Xtracycle, chainstay, or anywhere else, you'll need a small hose clamp - available at your local hardware store, or we can include one for an extra $1. Run the screw on the flag base through the hose clamp and into the flag base, then attach the clamp to your bike.
