For any orders in the domestic USA with a cart total over $50, ground shipping is free to your door.
For Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders over $200, we will apply a $40 credit towards shipping your order. For international orders over $50 but under $200 we will apply a $20 credit towards shipping your order.
We ship via Fedex ground, US Postal service, and UPS. We will ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. If you have a specific date you need something by, please contact us for information on express shipping to make sure we can get it out in time for you. For domestic orders, you should receive your order within 7-10 days of your purchase. For overseas orders, you need to contact us first, info@cycle9.com or cycle9sports@gmail.com.

If you find that the product just doesn't work for you anytime within the first three months, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. If we can't make it work for you, you can send the item back for exchange or full refund (in good condition, please).
Special orders of non-stock items, custom cut spokes, and custom wheel or bike builds can't be refunded, but we can accept them for credit towards another purchase in our store, online or brick and mortar.
