I am so impressed with all aspects of cycle 9. I am new to e-bike and decided to purchase from cycle 9 because 1) they are a real bike shop and 2) They seemed to be very knowledgeable of their products. I was especially impressed by their blog and video postings on related subjects and reviews of their products (some even critical). They shipped my order very quickly and provided patient phone support. There are a lot of places on the web to purchase the 9c motor that I chose, but I highly recommend getting it from the professionals at cycle 9.
